Job description

We are looking for self-motivated, well-spoken, Moving Consultants. Learn a new industry and grow your skills in this fast-paced phone environment with an emphasis on closing. You must have excellent communication; verbal, written, and strong grammar skills. The ideal Candidate will be friendly, responsible, professionals with a desire to grow with our locally owned company. Sales experience is preferred, but not required. Onsite training will be provided.
Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls/ emails/ messages from new and current Clients
  • Respond in a timely manner to incoming requests
  • Verify and input accurate Client Move information into CRM
  • Provide real time estimates using scripts
  • Call/ email/ message Clients using the TME Sales Journey Model
  • Assist new and current Clients with questions, rescheduling, and concerns
  • Document all communication with Clients in the CRM
  • Report to the Manager any challenging scenarios and potential issues
  • Other related responsibilities may be assigned

Job-Requirements
  • Self-motivated, energetic, organized, trainable and reliable
  • Ability to follow instructions while following your own critical thinking when needed
  • CRM data entry and funnel management
  • Ability to build productive business professional partnerships
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Tech savvy
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Previous phone Sales and/ or Customer Service experience a plus, but not required
  • Full time position; flexible scheduling. 8AM to 5PM shifts
