IT Contracts Administrator

Join a well-established organization as an IT Contracts Administrator and take ownership of a multimillion-dollar IT contracts portfolio. In this role, you'll be the central point of contact for contract administration, keeping records accurate, workflows moving, and stakeholders informed from initial review through renewal. You'll partner closely with IT, Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams, bringing structure and visibility to a fast-moving contracts environment. What You'll Do:

  • Administer the day-to-day activities of the IT contracts portfolio, maintaining repositories, records, and supporting documentation
  • Coordinate the review, approval, and execution of contracts, amendments, renewals, NDAs, SOWs, service agreements, and licensing agreements
  • Track contract milestones, renewal dates, and notice periods, while monitoring compliance requirements such as licensing renewals and true-ups
  • Support contract audits by gathering and validating documentation, and maintain status reports and dashboards for leadership visibility
  • Partner with IT, Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams on vendor onboarding, contract-related financial analysis, and process improvements

What Gets You the Job:

  • 5-7 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, finance, or compliance
  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, supply chain, or a related field preferred
  • Experience maintaining contract repositories and administering contract lifecycle management processes, including supporting audits
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, including managing large data sets in Excel and documenting processes in Visio or similar tools
  • Familiarity with systems such as SAP Ariba, Apptio, Jira, or DocuSign, along with knowledge of software licensing administration, preferred
