IT Contracts Administrator

- Job Type: 12 month contract

- Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $38 – 60/hr.

What You'll Do:
- Administer the day-to-day activities of the IT contracts portfolio, maintaining repositories, records, and supporting documentation
- Coordinate the review, approval, and execution of contracts, amendments, renewals, NDAs, SOWs, service agreements, and licensing agreements
- Track contract milestones, renewal dates, and notice periods, while monitoring compliance requirements such as licensing renewals and true-ups
- Support contract audits by gathering and validating documentation, and maintain status reports and dashboards for leadership visibility
- Partner with IT, Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams on vendor onboarding, contract-related financial analysis, and process improvements
What Gets You the Job:
- 5-7 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, finance, or compliance
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, supply chain, or a related field preferred
- Experience maintaining contract repositories and administering contract lifecycle management processes, including supporting audits
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including managing large data sets in Excel and documenting processes in Visio or similar tools
- Familiarity with systems such as SAP Ariba, Apptio, Jira, or DocuSign, along with knowledge of software licensing administration, preferred
