Montford Movers is a fast-growing, customer-focused moving company dedicated to delivering stress-free moves with professionalism and care. We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Team Lead to join our crew and help lead on-site moving operations while providing top-notch service.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of movers during residential and commercial moves.
  • Oversee packing, loading, transport, and unloading of client belongings.
  • Ensure safety procedures and customer service standards are followed.
  • Conduct pre- and post-move walk-throughs with clients.
  • Communicate clearly with dispatch and clients throughout the job.
  • Troubleshoot on-site challenges and ensure moves stay on schedule.
  • Maintain accurate paperwork and job documentation.
  • Train and mentor junior crew members.

Qualifications:
  • Professional moving experience.
