We've built our business on teaming and we are the leader in team freight. Compensation Maximum Mileage Pay: $0.82/mile. Pay is based on verified experience. Minimum Mileage Pay: $0.67/mile. Pay is based on verified experience. Weekly Minimum: $1,500/week Sign On Bonus: $16,000 per team ($8,000 per driver) Clean DOT Inspection: Earn $75 for each clean DOT inspection received.
