Job description

The Moving and Warehouse Associate works with a small team to ensure efficient warehouse and furniture moving operations, including inventory control, safety management, and logistics coordination. We work out of Little Rock with some travel to Northwest Arkansas. This role requires a good driving record and background. Employee will drive a company box truck (CDL is not necessary), assist with scheduling tasks within standard business hours, and utilizing warehouse inventory systems while reporting to the Owner. This is not an office job, it's mostly moving furniture and doing inventory. 

Responsibilities

  • Work with a team of up to three moving and warehouse employees
  • Coordinate logistics and schedule daily warehouse activities
  • Assists with inventory control and maintain accurate records using warehouse systems
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and promote a safe work environment
  • Moving and handling of furniture and other items efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven skills in inventory management and team leadership
  • Knowledge of safety compliance and workplace safety protocols
  • Strong time management, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Experience with moving furniture and related logistics
  • Good driving record and valid driver's license required
  • Ability to carry furniture up and down stairs
