The Personal Property Technician will be responsible for the safe handling of contents in all stages of process.

  • Prior restoration experience preferred 
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to drive box trucks

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage loading and unloading trucks safely using proper protection to assure safe delivery of contents
  • Identify, inventory, and photograph personal property. This includes identifying pre-exiting damages and documenting them
  • Clean various types of contents
  • Maintain a clean truck and work area
  • Deconstruct/rebuild large furniture when necessary
  • Lift, squat, pack, and carry boxes in adverse conditions (fire, soot, water, mold…)
  • Awareness of job site security and safety at all times
