Position Overview

Enigma Movement Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic team in Woodbridge, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their specific needs and develop appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual rehabilitation goals.
  • Deliver hands-on physical therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality interventions, to reduce pain and enhance mobility.
  • Proactively track and document patient progress, using objective measures to monitor improvements and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Educate patients and their families about treatment methodologies and self-care strategies to maximize the effectiveness of therapy.
  • Assist in recommending and fitting patients for necessary assistive devices, ensuring safe and effective means of mobility.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and collaborate on best practices to further improve therapy outcomes.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to stay updated on the latest physical therapy practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of patients recovering from various conditions including surgery, injuries, and chronic illnesses. Our patient population spans all age groups, requiring tailored interventions that take into account unique developmental, physical, and emotional needs. Our team is devoted to understanding each patient's journey and empowering them to regain independence and function in their daily lives.

Qualifications
  • A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
  • A valid state license in Physical Therapy must be maintained throughout employment.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a physical therapy setting is mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective patient interaction and collaboration with team members.
  • Proficiency in computer skills for electronic documentation and treatment tracking is necessary.

Preferred Experience
