Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Enigma Movement Physical Therapy, your role will include:

  • Conducting detailed evaluations of patients' needs upon the onset of care, focusing on their unique challenges and goals.
  • Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that utilize diverse methodologies, including manual therapy, exercise regimes, and therapeutic modalities designed to alleviate pain and restore movement.
  • Monitoring and documenting patient progress, updating treatment plans as necessary to reflect changing needs and improvements.
  • Educating patients and their families on injury prevention, wellness, and the importance of adhering to therapy guidelines to foster self-management.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive care and improved health outcomes for all patients.
  • Staying current with best practices in physical therapy through ongoing professional development activities, such as workshops and seminars.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The Physical Therapist will cater to a diverse patient population, including children and adults recovering from various conditions such as orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, sports injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation. You will play a crucial role in facilitating patients' recovery journeys and helping them regain independence and restore quality of life.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates should possess the following:

  • A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
  • A current and valid state license to practice physical therapy in New Jersey.
  • At least two years of experience in a similar role, with a preference for candidates experienced in home care settings.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including familiarity with electronic medical records systems for documentation and patient tracking.
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing patient needs and schedules.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, we provide a generous benefits package that includes:
