We are seeking a full-time Move Coordinator to guide customers through every stage of their move, answer questions, coordinate important details, and help make their relocation as smooth and stress-free as possible

MOVE COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES
You're a key part of our day-to-day operations and customer satisfaction, handling the essential functions that keep our business running smoothly. Using MoverSuite and BlueZone, you'll manage the daily business activities and van line/car carrier service orders. You'll maintain accurate relocation data in our systems while ensuring compliance through all documentation and work activities. This is a highly communicative role where you'll work with internal counselors, household goods networks, and non-network providers to ensure successful relocations, deliver amazing customer service, and maintain a positive, collaborative work environment.
You'll regularly review our household goods operations, analyze reports to measure performance, and recommend improvements to management or clients. If we add new relocation processes, vendors, or services, you'll help ensure a smooth implementation. You'll provide timely communication to stakeholders, maintain a creative, adaptable approach to problem-solving, and take advantage of growth opportunities to keep advancing with the company.

Our ideal Move Coordinator has a college degree or equivalent work experience, but it's not required. Experience in domestic or international household goods transportation would be a bonus!
