The Hours:

1st Shift - Monday thru Friday 8am - 4:30pm

Starting at $19.00 per hour

A Typical Day as a Resident Services Coordinator:

  • Communicates directly with residents, both in person and by telephone / Addresses concerns and escalates as necessary
  • Answers phone calls and routes to appropriate staff, when necessary / Manages Resident documents (Birthdays, Pet Lists, Wait Lists)

  • Provides information on services, events and attractions to residents and their families.

  • Organizes community and resident events to include: monthly events such as donut social, birthday party, popcorn day, coffee chat, in addition to live entertainment, craft classes, annual events such as Family Night, Craft Fair, and Resident Holiday party. Responsible for creating new activities and events within budget, along with set up and clean up of all event/activities.

  • Creates Facebook posts to positively promote our community to the public.

  • Shops for event supplies and weekly Country Store groceries, Manages Package deliveries

  • Ensures marketing brochures are assembled and are available to prospective tenants.

  • Provides tours to prospective tenants, when needed, along with following lead generation/follow up processes

  • Provides resources for our senior population - i.e. in-home care, transportation options, senior services etc.

  • Assists in the move-in/move-out process, when needed.

  • Manages weekly food catering services; collecting payments from residents and submitting orders.

  • Produces & distributes the monthly community newsletter

  • Maintain and update resident information database (Yardi) and hard files.

  • Enter and code purchase orders and work orders.

  • May assist with lease renewals and recertifications
