Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and reliable Move & Pack Lead/Driver to join our Clutter team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading moving teams and managing warehouse operations to deliver a seamless, high-quality storage experience for our customers.

Clutter, now seamlessly integrated with Iron Mountain, is disrupting the self-storage and moving industries by offering affordable, flexible, and dependable service nationwide, driven by cutting-edge technology.

  • Hours: Flexible shift start times between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM.

  • Schedule: Clutter operates 7 days a week and schedules will vary on a weekly basis depending on business needs.Weekend availability is required.

    • Full-time roles target at least 5 days/week, 40 hours/week

  • Job Site: Ops Lead Drivers start and end their shift at the Clutter depot at 8901 Snowden River Parkway, Columbia, MD.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and drive a team of 2-3 associates to complete daily moving and storage jobs, ensuring the safe moving, packing, loading, and transportation of items while delivering exceptional customer service as the face of Clutter.

  • Manage the fulfillment of inbound, outbound, and transfer operations within the warehouse, utilizing mobile technology to accurately scan, categorize, and inventory customer items.

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and organizational policies by performing frequent quality audits and maintaining a high level of work quality in both the warehouse and customer residences.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience & Licensing: At least 21 years of age with a valid standard driver's license and the ability to pass a required physical exam.

  • Technical Skills: Proven ability to track and manage logistics data using smartphone software and mobile applications.

  • Physical Capability: Strong physical stamina, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and remain on your feet and active for the duration of an 8-hour shift.

  • Relevant Background: Previous experience in moving, warehouse, manufacturing, inventory management, general labor or customer service environments
