Job description

PRN Critical Care Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant

ICC (Intensive Care Consortium) is seeking a PRN experienced critical care nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join MountainView Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Qualified Candidates:
  • Acute care certified NP in Nevada or experienced ICU PA
  • Reside in the Vegas area within a reasonable commute to facility
  • ICU APP and procedural experience required
  • APP providers must be proficient with, and credentialed to perform routine Critical Care procedures including central and arterial line placement, thoracentesis, intubations and management of mechanical ventilation
  • Ability to work PRN, approx 4-6 shifts per month
  • Ability to work days or nights
  • 12-hour shifts
  • Staffing model: 2 MDs during the day, 1 MD and 1 APP at night
  • Ability and interest to also cover at sister facility, Southern Hills in Vegas PRN
