Title: Academic Resource Center Coordinator
Reports to: Building Principal
Terms of Employment: Full-Time/Up to 185 days
FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred, but not necessary
Job Goal: The Academic Resource Center (ARC) Coordinator is responsible for managing a specialized, quiet learning environment dedicated to academic intervention, credit recovery, and individualized support. The role centers on assisting students with current assignments and providing extra guidance to those struggling academically, including those with IEPs under the Guided Study framework.
