Tenet Healthcare and Detroit Medical Center (DMC) Medical Group are seeking an experienced Electrophysiologist to join a nationally recognized, award-winning health system built around comprehensive cardiovascular care. You'll practice in a state-of-the-art Heart Hospital supported by a dedicated EP Nurse Practitioner and a fully integrated administrative infrastructure - so you can stay focused on patients, not paperwork. This is a full-time employed position offering clinical balance, a manageable census, and the resources of a major academic medical center behind you.
Position Highlights
  • Specialty: Cardiac Electrophysiology
  • Practice setting: Detroit Medical Center Heart Hospital and surrounding outpatient sites - part of an award-winning system including Level I and Level II Trauma Centers and tertiary care referral centers
  • Schedule: Standard 40-hour work week with 1-2 clinic days per week; remaining time split between rounding and EP lab procedures
  • Patient volume: Light census with an approximately 60/40 outpatient-to-inpatient mix
  • Team structure: Supported by a dedicated EP Nurse Practitioner
  • Administrative support: In-house billing, coding, collections, website development, and marketing services handled on your behalf

Candidate Requirements
  • Board certified in Electrophysiology
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of EP experience required
