Job description

MTS โ€“ Motorsport Technical School is an international training institution specialized in motorsport, racing and automotive industries. We provide professional education for mechanics, engineers and motorsport professionals, working closely with teams, companies and institutions worldwide to bridge education and real industry opportunities.


We are looking for a Sales Account to join our team and support the development of our USA activities.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing leads and prospects through phone calls, video calls, tour at school, emails and iMessage, using a CRM system (GoHighLevel).

The role also includes guiding prospective American students through the decision-making process and supporting the organization, management and participation in promotional activities and school-related events (classes, races, fairs, motorsport events, and presentations at schools or universities).


The Sales Account will also work closely with the Global Marketing & Sales Manager, providing qualitative and quantitative feedback on lead quality, conversion trends and campaign performance, contributing to the continuous optimization of marketing and sales strategies.


The ideal candidate is proactive, well-organized and has strong listening and communication skills, with a solid sales-oriented mindset.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage inbound and outbound leads using CRM tools
  • Conduct sales and orientation calls via phone and video conferencing
  • Maintain structured follow-up through email and messaging platforms
  • Support event organization and on-site promotional activities
  • Collaborate with the marketing area by sharing performance data and qualitative insights on leads
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales and lead-generation processes


REQUIREMENT

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, macOS and common software tools
  • Ability to manage tasks independently, respecting deadlines and priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
  • Flexibility, dynamism, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE)

  • Knowledge of and passion for motorsport
  • Previous experience using GoHighLevel or similar CRM/automation platforms
