Our dealership is continually honored with Top Sales awards for Triumph across North America and we are seeking fulltime Motorcycle Sales Consultants with the desire to up the ante. Our Motorcycle Sales Consultants have fun building their business from our state-of-the-art facility in Tampa, FL from Tuesday through Saturday. And because lead generation is key for any successful salesperson, we encourage and support prospecting through multiple outside channels.
Job Summary:
Successful candidates will be responsible to provide an unparalleled motorcycle experience through all aspects of a professional sales process; greeting, qualifying, presenting, matching the right product, gaining commitment, celebrating the delivery, and managing customer expectations throughout the transaction. Successful candidates will demonstrate characteristics that are results oriented with a professional, customer centered focus: selfdriven, positive outlook, professional appearance; developing and qualifying buyers; closing sales; communication.

? Understands motorcycles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models
? Develops buyers by prospecting and maintaining relationships with previous customers; outbound calling for leads; responding to online and phone inquiries; greeting dropins from all departments; suggesting tradeins; etc.
? Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interest to various models; building rapport
? Demonstrates motorcycles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and benefits as they match buyer requirements
? Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing intent to purchase form; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, apparel, accessories; delivering motorcycle; maintaining relationships
? Provides sales management reports showing sales pipeline; leads, deals and deliveries
? Updates job knowledge by participating in manufacturer training requirements and other educational opportunities; reading professional publications and online blogs, etc.
? Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
QUALIFICATIONS & JOB REQUIREMENTS
? Automotive, motorcycle, or related sales and customer service experience a plus
? Excellent oral, interpersonal communication skills
? Computer literate and competent
? Professional personal appearance
? Ability to ride and push a motorcycle
? Product knowledge of European motorcycles a plus
? Customer Relationship Management knowledge a plus
? ADP Lightspeed or similar dealer management system experience a big plus
