Job description

Hampton Roads, VA

Tow N Go Motorcycle Transportation & Recovery is seeking a reliable weekend motorcycle-only tow driver with strong availability. This role is ideal for someone retired from the military or working a flexible full-time schedule who understands on-call work and takes pride in professionalism. This is a bike-focused position with a respected local brand and real upside for someone dependable, motivated, and engaged in the motorcycle community.

Schedule & Availability •

Weekend on-call position (Friday–Sunday) •

Availability windows (not guaranteed hours):

– Friday: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

– Saturday: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM

– Sunday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM

• Earlier start times may occasionally be needed on Saturdays depending on call volume

• Consistent availability during these windows is required

Pay Structure

• $150 per day guaranteed minimum for each day available

• 20–25% commission per completed tow (based on experience)

• Driver is paid the greater of the daily minimum OR total commission for that day

• Volume bonuses on higher-tow days

• Tips

• Referral / ambassador bonuses for shop relationships, events, and connections you help build

The Work (Motorcycles Only)

• Motorcycle towing & transport

• Roadside assistance and dealer moves

• Mix of calls — not every call is perfect, but most are solid and straightforward

Who We’re Looking For

• Motorcycle rider or strong motorcycle background

• Comfortable driving a motorcycle-specific tow truck

• Dependable, punctual, and professional

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Willing to attend bike nights, dealer events, and local meetups as a Tow N Go brand ambassador

• Military background strongly preferred (not required)

Pay & Schedule Clause (Read Carefully) This is an on-call weekend position. Availability during the listed windows is required in exchange for the daily minimum guarantee. Call volume varies by day and season. Hours are not guaranteed. Compensation is based on the greater of the daily minimum or earned commission, plus applicable bonuses and tips.
