Role :

The role of the mechanic is to install , maintain, troubleshoot, restore and repair stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.
 

Responsabilities
•Know and respect at all times the quality standards and food security, health and safety regulations at work and company policies.
•Read blueprints, diagrams, drawings, documents and procedures to determine how to proceed.
•Install, align, dismantle and move, respecting the plans and using hand and power tools, industrial machinery or equipment such as pumps, fans, tanks, conveyors, boilers and etc.
•Inspect and examine preventively machinery and equipment to detect and investigate irregularities and malfunctions.•
Adjust machinery and repair or replace defective parts.
•Use of machine tools such as lathes and grinders to fabricate parts required for the rehabilitation , maintenance or assembly machines.
•Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on machinery.
•Using informatic tools at their disposal.
•Ensure the onboarding, follow-up, and training of new employees.
•Contribute to any other responsibilities or related tasks as required by operational needs.
