Position Summary:
Responsible for the brand and marketing efforts. Manage the marketing staff and set branding strategies designed to maximize exposure and brand equity to endemic and non-endemic audiences while maintaining brand consistency that are in line with the corporate strategy.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Possess demonstrable skills in both traditional and digital tactics
  • Responsible for building relationships with influencers (i.e. media, athletes, industry personalities, internal and external customers, etc.), the nurturing of marketing programs to maximize effectiveness, representing the company in the field, and the direction of inspiring and educational content across all mediums.
  • Brand Ambassador
  • Managing direct staff of marketing managers and partnering with Creative Services and Promotions
  • Owns the oversight of the marketing activities calendar
  • Assist marketing managers in the development of marketing programs that meet company objectives
  • Managing outside vendors and negotiating contracts
  • Athlete promotion and management
  • Content development (i.e. PR, editorial, digital, product descriptions, etc.)
  • Maximizing brand visibility and sales at events
  • Maintaining brand consistency while tailoring messaging to specific markets
  • Budget creation and management experiences
  • Vendor management experience

  • Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills

Position Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience:
7+ years of experience managing a marketing function preferred
An interest in powered on and off-road sports is highly desirable
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
Office Environment
Ability to sit for long periods of time
Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
