Service Technician
Flat-Rate Pay Range: $20.00 - $38.00 / flat-rate hour (Individual rate assigned in good faith based on technical certifications, tools, and experience).
Additional Compensation: Non-exempt position. Efficiency bonuses are available for technicians booking over 40 flat-rate hours per weekly period.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
  • Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair
  • Communicate with Parts department to obtain any necessary parts
  • Communicate to service manager and service advisor any updates on timeline as well as completion date
  • Communicate upsell opportunities to service advisor

REQUIREMENTS:
  • MMI Graduate or 3+ years of Dealership preferred
  • Knowledge in all aspects of motorcycle repair
  • Own your own tools to perform service, repair and customization work in accordance to factory specifications
  • Maintain technical qualifications by completing web-based, in-dealership training and instructor lead training.
