What does your day look like?

Technical and Service Delivery

• Design, implement, and support IT infrastructure solutions, including firewall security, LAN WAN networks, server environments, and storage systems
• Provide onsite and remote support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure reliable performance
• Perform service and preventative maintenance activities, including installations and equipment deliveries
• Support diverse network and end user environments while multitasking across multiple client needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver effective solution

Client Relationship & Account Management

• Build strong client relationships through consistent, high quality service
• Understand client operations to recommend IT strategies aligned with their goals
• Communicate effectively with executives, managers, and end users to resolve issues and set expectations
• Represent the company with a professional, solution focused approach

Client Success & Growth

• Maintain in depth knowledge of M3TC’s service offerings
• Support Sales efforts by providing technical expertise during the sales process
• Identify new business opportunities by recognizing unmet client needs
• Support clients with IT budgeting, planning, and asset management
• Provide technical specifications for quotes and proposals as needed

Qualifications

What do you need for this amazing opportunity?

Education

Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology, a related field, or equivalent professional experience

Experience

Minimum of four 4 years of experience as a Systems Administrator, Systems Engineer, or in a related technical role

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems and Apple macOS
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and QuickBooks
• Experience supporting desktop, laptop, and server hardware from Apple, Dell, Lenovo, or HP
• Proficiency with networking concepts, protocols, and infrastructure design
• Experience with hardware and cloud storage solutions
• Working knowledge of firewall security, endpoint security, web content filtering, and vulnerability scanning tools
• Moderate experience architecting server, network, security, and disaster recovery solutions

Licenses & Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Proof of automobile insurance
• Reliable transportation capable of safely carrying IT equipment (motorcycles are not suitable)
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed
