Job description

About Us

We build seats for riders who demand more—more comfort, more performance, and more time on the road. Our products are designed by riders, for riders, and trusted by motorcycle enthusiasts across the country. If you live and breathe motorcycles and know how to sell with passion, we want you on our team.

The Role

We’re looking for a driven Sales Representative who knows how to connect with customers, understands the motorcycle lifestyle, and isn’t afraid to chase results. You’ll be the face of our brand—building relationships, closing deals, and helping riders upgrade their experience one seat at a time.

What You’ll Do
  • Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers to generate new business
  • Handle inbound calls and inquiries, providing product guidance and converting leads into sales
  • Build strong relationships with dealers and riders
  • Hit and exceed sales targets through consistent outreach and follow-up
  • Represent the brand at motorcycle events, rallies, and trade shows
  • Educate customers on product benefits, fitment, and customization options
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of hitting goals
  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • Passion for motorcycles and the riding community
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory (if applicable)
Bonus Points If You Have
  • Experience in powersports, aftermarket parts, or dealership sales
  • Existing connections in the motorcycle industry
  • Hands-on knowledge of bike customization or accessories
Why This Job Rocks

You’re not just selling a product—you’re helping riders stay on the road longer and ride more comfortably. If that excites you, you’ll fit right in.
