Job description

Powder Keg Harley-Davidson, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Motorclothes Manager to lead our apparel and merchandise department.

As the Motorclothes Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the look, feel, and performance of our retail experience. You'll lead a passionate team, oversee merchandising and inventory, and ensure every customer leaves with the gear they need and the experience they expect from the Harley-Davidson brand.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead and manage the Motorclothes department, including sales associates, visual merchandising, and day-to-day operations
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences, maintaining high service standards in line with the Harley-Davidson brand
  • Oversee inventory control, ordering, and stock levels to ensure optimal product availability
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, setting department goals and driving team motivation to exceed targets
  • Ensure proper merchandising, presentation, and cleanliness of the sales floor
