  • Ensuring timely supply orders for concierge, espresso bar, 24th floor, and office

  • Supervise and support concierge staff to maintain high service standards.

  • Curating seasonal lobby decor to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

  • Assisting in planning and coordinating resident events

  • Organize and maintain storage room

  • Admin duties as needed


Qualifications

● A high school education or equivalent is required. A college degree or equivalent is preferred.

● Working knowledge of Word, Excel as well as Internet Explorer.

● Excellent interpersonal, motivational, writing, management and leadership skills

● Outgoing, friendly personality

● Good organizational skills, follow-up and follow through

● Marketing and budgeting experience

● Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time

● Exceptional communication, customer service and people

● Self-motivated; can work independently Detail-oriented

● Hotel, hospitality or other service experience a plus
