THE• TEAM works in a fast-paced environment, so the ideal candidate is someone who can execute quickly without sacrificing quality, thrives in a collaborative setting, and is equally comfortable working independently when needed.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Creative Design & Execution

  • Balance creativity with clarity to ensure information is both engaging and accessible.
  • Maintain and evolve The Collective's visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Partner closely with social, marketing, and talent teams to align creative with strategic goals
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to take and apply feedback while upholding a high standard of design.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Stay organized using project management tools (e.g., Asana) and maintain clear communication across teams.
  • Continuously explore design trends, tools, and cultural moments to keep creative fresh and relevant.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency, brand, or sports/entertainment environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital, social, and brand design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with motion tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience designing for social platforms, with an understanding of best practices across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels.
  • Ability to translate data and research into visually compelling, easy-to-understand graphics and layouts.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution.
  • High standard of excellence, with the flexibility to work nontraditional hours when needed and anticipate challenges with thoughtful communication.
  • Awareness of cultural trends across sports, music, and entertainment.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Keynote, Slack, and Box.

Base salary range: $61-82K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.
