As a member of the North American Marketing Creative Services Team, the Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for design of marketing and sales materials for Husqvarna outdoor power equipment. Design materials include, but are not limited to, digital and social advertising, motion graphics, trade show graphics, sales and marketing presentations, product brochures, point-of-purchase materials, web graphics & banners.

What You Need to Know:

  • Work as an experienced member of the Marketing Creative Services team, partnering with internal stakeholders to translate marketing strategies into effective visual communications.

  • Develop creative concepts and design solutions for complex digital and print projects, including websites, mobile applications, marketing collateral, product packaging, retail materials, and integrated campaigns.

  • Independently manage design projects from concept development through final production, ensuring creative quality, alignment with project objectives, brand standards, and business requirements.

  • Serve as a design resource and thought partner to internal teams, providing recommendations and solutions that address communication objectives and customer needs.

  • Provide guidance, feedback, and support to less experienced designers and creative partners as needed, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing creative team.

  • Apply strong knowledge of brand guidelines and design principles to create cohesive visual and verbal expressions across customer touchpoints, while identifying opportunities to enhance creative effectiveness.

  • Content management/ updates of internal asset management system (Aprimo), including: file upload, categorization, tagging and retrieval.

  • Work with external creative agencies to develop collateral, sales material and videos etc.as needed.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering quality results within set deadlines.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent work experience

  • 3-5 years of experience as a graphic designer or related field

  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently without close supervision

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines, plus incorporate feedback from key stakeholders while delivering graphic design excellence

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Experience with AI automated/assisted design workflows

  • Experience with structured file management system, including formulaic naming conventions, file structures and archival system.

  • Strong attention to detail in management of digital assets, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and completeness of all records.

  • Experience with video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred)

  • Experience with Motion Graphics software like Adobe After Effects (preferred)

  • Basic HTML knowledge
