Weโ€™re looking for anย inspired Motion Designer / Video Editorย to join our small and mighty video production team. In this role, youโ€™ll collaborate closely with writers, art directors, creative directors, and content specialists to bring ideas to life throughย motion graphics, animation, and video editing.

Youโ€™ll work across a wide range of projectsโ€”fromย logo animation and social content to digital video and brand commercialsโ€”and play a meaningful role in shaping how ideas show up in the world.

This role is best suited for someone who feels energized by momentum, enjoys juggling multiple creative asks, and can adapt quickly without losing attention to detail. What weโ€™re looking for:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in motion design and video editing
  • Highly skilledย inย Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Comfortable working with expressions in After Effects to create complex animationsย 
  • Primarily 2D animation experience (3D animation is a plus but not necessary)ย 
  • Fearlessness toward AI inย streamliningย workflows and elevating outputs
  • Ability to apply thoughtful creative judgment when using AI-enabled tools, ensuring work remains original, strategically sound, and aligned with client goals and brand standards
  • Leverage AI-enabled creative tools to explore ideas, accelerate concept development, and support creative execution, while ensuring final work reflects Hiebing's standards for strategic thinking, creativity, and craft
  • A strong eye for detail and visual storytelling
  • Comfort managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • A portfolio showcasing motion and video work
