The Senior Video Producer owns production and editing of video content for web, social, internal communications, and events, translating creative direction from marketing leadership into finished, brand-aligned deliverables. This role leads more complex or high-visibility video projects, establishes video production standards, and mentors junior producers. The Video Producer III operates with general supervision, exercising independent judgment on creative and technical decisions.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own production and editing of videos for marketing, internal, event, and social use cases, from creative brief through final delivery.
  • Edit raw footage into accurate, brand-aligned, polished videos for complex or high-visibility projects.
  • Create exports in the correct formats, aspect ratios, and resolutions for each use case and channel.
  • Lead motion graphics, titles, and overlays for video projects.
  • Establish and maintain file naming, tagging, and archiving practices for the video repository.
  • Own organization of project files and the ongoing health of the video asset library.
  • Partner with marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to scope video projects and translate creative direction into deliverables.
  • Capture footage, stills, or event content as needed, including for higher-visibility events.
  • Mentor and support junior producers on technical execution and creative approach.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field. 
  • 5-8 years of professional video production and editing experience.
  • Advanced understanding and independent application of video production and editing principles.
  • Strong project organizational skills with experience maintaining efficient file structures, version control, and digital asset management.
  • Ability to produce video deliverables across a wide range of formats and channels, including web, social media, and internal communications.
  • Experience with lighting, audio capture, color correction, and audio cleanup.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy and quality across editing, rendering, and final deliverables.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and creative teams.
  • Proficiency with professional non-linear editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or comparable platforms.
  • Experience creating motion graphics and visual effects using Adobe After Effects or similar animation software.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
  • Experience with aerospace, defense, or other technical industries.
