Job description

Graphic Designer
Bring your love for digital design to LovelySkin! As a Graphic Designer at LovelySkin, you'll bring our digital marketing to life with your creative vision. On a daily basis, you'll work on a wide range of projects from: digital banners, email marking, and magazine spreads to billboards and product brochures. In this role, creativity meets compelling as you create brand focused, eye catching designs for our projects. To thrive in this role; you're comfortable with tight deadlines, a quick pace and are endlessly meticulous about details. Our collaborative design team is immensely talented, hardworking, supportive and excited to add another design perspective!
A day in the life:
  • Partner closely with site merchandising and marketing to develop compelling designs across the consumer journey, from print assets to landing pages.
  • Consistently refreshing the website by creating site banners, vendor marketing assets, product collateral, etc.
  • Designing email campaigns for site promotions, product and brand launches, as well as social media and display advertising
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams design print pieces, such as postcards, brochures, in-store signage, and billboards
  • Uphold the execution of typography, icons, logos, and assets for multiple platforms
  • Owns projects from kickoff to completion
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and on-brand
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and be enthusiastic about bringing new design ideas to the table

Location: Gretna, NE
Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Schedule: Hybrid work schedule

About you:
  • 2+ years of experience with a design studio, ad agency, or in-house creative team
  • Bachelor's Degree in graphic design or a related field (or equivalent years of experience)
  • Demonstrated understanding of design principles and current trends
  • Are passionate about design and enthusiastic to be part of a team
  • Are able to own a project from start to finish, working autonomously, but accepting feedback and collaboration
  • In-depth knowledge of Adobe CC: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Dreamweaver
  • Experience with HTML and CSS preferred
  • Experience with digital photography
  • Bonus: experience with print and/or working with UX/UI teams
