The Senior Motion Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality motion and visual content across multiple channels. The role combines strong design skills, motion expertise, and creative thinking to communicate ideas clearly, strengthen campaigns, and engage target audiences. With around five years of experience, the role also involves supporting creative concept development and pitches.

Role Description

As a Senior Motion Graphic Designer, you play a key role in adapting global campaigns for the Nordic markets. You manage the production of motion video and digital content from the initial brief to final delivery, creating assets for multiple platforms and media channels. You work closely with creatives during pitches and early concept phases, helping shape ideas into strong visual directions. You are comfortable turning ideas into clear, inspiring presentations and visual concepts that support decision-making and help sell ideas internally and externally. An important part of the role is creating polished campaign presentations, overviews, and motion examples that clearly explain the idea and visual direction. With a strong design eye and solid motion knowledge, you help improve creative quality and suggest visual and motion enhancements.

You continuously produce graphic and motion material for web, social media, presentations, advertising, events, banners, and campaigns across print, digital, and motion media. Your experience enables you to manage large campaigns with multiple outputs and short deadlines in a structured and efficient way. Working closely with Art Directors, copywriters, and production managers, you translate client briefs into visual communication that addresses specific business needs. You also share knowledge, support the team, and contribute to a positive and collaborative work culture.
