Job Description

The Athlete Graphic Designer supports the execution of athlete graphics across racewear, apparel, and hardgoods. This role focuses on production, buildout, and consistency. You translate creative direction into accurate, production-ready assets

This position reports to the Athlete Design Manager and is based onsite in our Irvine office.

This is a detail-driven role responsible for setting up graphics for athlete needs across multiple products and seasons. You ensure artwork is executed correctly across materials, silhouettes, and applications while maintaining the Fox visual standard.
As the Athlete Graphic Designer you will have an opportunity to:

  • Execute athlete graphics across performance apparel and hardgoods based on established direction

  • Prepare production tech packs including 100% artwork layout, callouts, and cads

  • Apply graphics across garment patterns, trims, and hardgoods with precision and consistency

  • Ensure artwork meets production requirements including print techniques, materials, and factory standards

  • Partner with product and development teams to resolve issues and maintain quality

  • Support seasonal timelines by delivering accurate work on schedule

  • Maintain organized files, assets, and line plans

  • Support concept development through layout exploration and application of established visual direction

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Apparel Design, or related field

  • 2-4 years of experience in graphic or apparel design, preferably in sports or action sports

  • Strong technical skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

  • Understanding of garment construction, print methods, and production processes

  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organizational and file management skills

  • Ability to take direction, apply feedback quickly, and execute with precision

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Passion for sports and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Pay Range:

Annual Salary: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
