JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position is responsible for designing communication materials in various forms. Responsibilities may include designing street signs; creating logos or similar graphics; and ordering department supplies.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Designs street and related sign graphics, which includes determining appropriate color schemes, sign shapes, and font sizes; attaches graphics to signs to ensure proper placement.ย  May use paint.
  • Creates logos and other communication materials for client departments.
  • Orders department supplies to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
  • Performs hand and benchwork using appropriate hand and power tools.
  • Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance including attendance at required meetings.
