Clear communication and organization are essential, as you'll need to interpret briefs, meet deadlines, and ensure your designs align with the overall project vision, even when working from different locations. Successfully managing these collaborations fosters a productive workflow and helps maintain strong professional relationships.

About The Role

We're looking for a Manager, Enterprise & Strategic Marketing to lead the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives that drive pipeline growth and deal progression within our Enterprise and Strategic segments.

This role sits at the center of our most complex revenue motion, partnering closely with Sales leadership to engage senior decision-makers, support active opportunities, and accelerate high-value deals. You will oversee a small team responsible for account-based marketing and event operations while designing integrated marketing programs that align digital, field, and outbound channels to influence key accounts.

As a people manager, this role is responsible for defining objectives, prioritizing work across multiple initiatives, and ensuring the team executes against pipeline targets and strategic business goals. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational leadership, bringing structure to complex initiatives and translating high-level objectives into plans that generate revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the marketing strategy and execution supporting Enterprise and Strategic pipeline generation and progression.
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with account priorities, deal cycles, and strategic growth objectives.
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives including account-based programs, executive events, industry conferences, and targeted campaigns.
  • Oversee and develop a small team responsible for ABM execution and event operations, ensuring work is prioritized and aligned to revenue goals.
  • Manage complex initiatives that require coordination across marketing, sales, partnerships, product marketing, and RevOps.
  • Design multi-touch engagement strategies that combine field experiences, outbound programs, digital campaigns, and executive relationship building.
  • Monitor performance of Enterprise marketing initiatives and provide regular insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Identify operational improvements and recommend new processes or systems that improve the effectiveness of marketing programs.
  • Build trusted relationships with Sales, Marketing, and external partners to influence decisions and ensure successful program execution.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 7 years of B2B marketing experience, with strong exposure to enterprise marketing and the nonprofit sector.
  • Experience leading multi-channel marketing programs that influence revenue.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategic objectives into operational plans.
  • Experience managing marketing team members.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to partner with Sales, Partnerships, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, RevOps, and executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and prioritize initiatives that deliver the greatest business impact.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments where priorities evolve and initiatives require iterative planning.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present plans, results, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting high-value sales motions and building programs designed to influence executive decision-makers.
  • We expect every team member to actively use AI in their day-to-day work, identify where AI can change the shape of problems in their function, and grow their fluency as the tools evolve. You should already be using AI meaningfully in your work and understand where it adds value and how it can improve the way you operate.
Compensation
  • The compensation range for this role is $130,000 - $140,000 OTE (On-Target Earnings).
  • Final compensation will be determined based upon relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and alignment with the role's requirements.
  • Location: Remote in the US (EST or CST)
Perks and Benefits

Our compensation package includes comprehensive benefits and perks, meaningful equity, and a competitive salary:

  • Health, Dental, and Vision insurance covered at 100% for employees, 80% for employee plus dependents, and 70% for employees plus family.
  • FSA and HSA Spending Account.

  • 401(k) plan with company match.
  • 100% Company-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, basic life insurance and AD&D.
  • Paid parental leave (12 weeks for primary caregivers / 6 weeks for secondary caregivers).
