About the Role
Hinge Health is looking for an experienced Senior Motion Designer to help us evolve and scale our brand through motion. You will produce a wide variety of deliverables-from high-fidelity campaign work and customer stories to product animations and explainer videos. Working within the Brand, Creative & Content team, balance crafting original designs with partnering with Designers, Writers, Producers, and stakeholders to define how our product and brand come to life.
We believe movement is medicine, and you will infuse that belief into our brand expression. We are looking for an A-player who balances deep technical expertise with a "learn-it-all" drive, someone who is passionate about motion graphics, animation and how the story gets translated alongside video editing, and sound design.

  • Elevate visual storytelling: Concept and craft high-quality design and motion graphics, UI motion, and visual effects that bring the brand narrative to life across video and digital touchpoints.
  • Deliver end-to-end excellence: Drive projects from initial concept to high-fidelity final delivery, utilizing storyboarding, style frames, and animation to execute detail-oriented work within our brand system.
  • Scale motion operations: Evolve our motion principles and guidelines while establishing self-serve workflows and templates that empower the wider organization to produce great work at speed.
  • Champion brand innovation: Push the boundaries of our motion language to deliver innovative work that delights customers and drives measurable business objectives.
  • Optimize for efficiency: Proactively identify and integrate emerging industry trends, software, and tools to continuously improve the quality, speed, and technical capabilities of our motion design output.
