Job Description

We are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled 3D Motion Graphic Designer / Video Creator to join our Corporate Marketing team. This role is ideal for a visual storyteller who thrives on transforming ideas, products, and complex technologies into compelling multimedia content that engages audiences and drives business impact.

As a key member of the team, you will lead the creation of dynamic video and motion graphic assets that support B2B and B2C marketing initiatives, product storytelling, sales enablement, social media campaigns, and broader brand communications. From concept development through final delivery, you will bring a strong creative vision, technical expertise, and a passion for producing visually outstanding work across multiple channels.

  • Concept, design, animate, and produce high-quality 3D motion graphics and video content for a wide range of marketing and brand initiatives
  • Create engaging content including product introduction videos, short-form video ads, social media videos, product demos, educational videos and technology-focused videos
  • Partner with internal teams across marketing, design, copy, and sales to develop creative concepts that support strategic business goals
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute original ideas that elevate campaigns and storytelling
  • Edit raw and stock footage into polished narratives that solve internal and external business challenges
  • Create storyboards, animations, and final edits that align with brand standards and campaign objectives
  • Lead elements of video post-production, including color correction, sound design, audio editing, voiceover integration, and final output formatting
  • Animate products and other visual assets in a variety of styles for use across web, social, TV, and digital signage
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality and meeting tight deadlines
  • Collaborate with external partners, including production companies, freelance editors, and other vendors, as needed
  • Support tradeshow and on-location filming projects with occasional light travel
Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in 3D motion graphics, animation, and video production
  • Bachelor's degree in 3D Motion Graphics, Animation, or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and leading 3D design/animation tools, including: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender, Cinema 4D or similar 3D software
  • Strong experience creating, animating, and editing a variety of motion graphic styles, particularly product-focused content
  • Solid understanding of video industry-standard formats, workflows, and media management practices on PC platforms
  • Ability to edit voice and audio tracks, refine talking points, and manage dubbing or voiceover needs
  • Strong storytelling instincts with the ability to craft narratives that make technical or complex topics easy to understand
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure, navigate short timelines, and balance multiple priorities
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a proactive approach
