Travel Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: San Andreas, CA

Provide skilled occupational therapy services in alignment with state and federal regulations. Responsible for patient evaluation, development of individualized treatment and discharge plans, and delivery of therapy to support independence in daily living activities.

Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders/referrals
• Develop and revise individualized treatment and discharge plans
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner
• Supervise COTAs per state practice acts and facility policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
• Maintain compliance with all safety, regulatory, and quality standards

Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)
• Active California OT license (or ability to obtain)
