System Transport is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for regional flatbed routes based out of Kansas City, MO, hauling steel, machinery, building materials, and more. No experience? No problem—we'll train qualified CDL-A graduates through 8/31/2026.


Division 290 Kansas City (Recent CDL-A Grads)
  • Earn $1,021.00 - $2,280.00/week ($53,092.00 - $118,560.00/year)
  • $0.65 - $0.69 CPM based on experience
  • $1,800 transition package including $1,000 orientation pay
  • Home most weekends
  • Late-model equipment with modern safety technology
  • Full benefits + 401(k) match + PTO

  • CDL-A
  • Age 21+
  • 6+ months experience preferred (if you are a RECENT CDL-A Grad, we will train you)
  • Safe driving record

  • Must be able to lift a 90-lb tarp onto a 5-ft platform twice (required; tested at orientation).
