Salary: $40/Hour + Depending on Experience

Regular Full-Time | Anticipated Start: Summer 2026

Priority Locations: Dawson Creek, BC / Fox Creek, AB


About Kathairos Solutions

Kathairos Solutions is a fast growing clean-tech company delivering emission-reducing nitrogen solutions to the oil & gas sector across North America. We are recruiting experienced local Class 1 drivers now to join our talent pool for positions starting in summer 2026 to support our growth in Northern Alberta and NE British Columbia.


Preference will be given to drivers living in or near Dawson Creek, BC or Fox Creek, AB to maintain close proximity to customer locations.


What you'll do

  • Deliver liquid nitrogen to oilfield lease sites - experience not required we train.
  • Drive on Northern lease roads (all seasons)
  • Home most nights (13 overnight trips/month)
  • Complete inspections, logs, and safety documentation
  • Follow all HSE protocols


What you'll need

  • Valid Class 1 Commercial Drivers License
  • Minimum 3 years driving experience on Northern AB / NE BC oilfield lease and off-road routes.
  • Acceptable commercial drivers abstract
  • First Aid, CSO, and H2S Alive certifications
  • Willing and able to complete standard oil & gas pre-employment requirements, including references, criminal record check, and drug & alcohol testing
