Headquartered in Chantilly, VA, Mosaic occupies a broad geographic footprint with nine locations across Virginia, Maryland, and North Carolina as well as a Central Servicing Center and Warehouse located in Doswell, VA. Each of our Design Centers houses state-of-the-art showrooms, dedicated contractor sales counters, and on-site, fully stocked warehouses.


We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to oversee assigned customer accounts and deliver a tailored service experience based on each account's specific requirements. This is a fast-paced, primarily email-based role requiring strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize competing demands. 


This is not a Sales Position.

What You'll Do

  • Work with assigned accounts and respond to customer requests based on unique preferences and requirements.
  • Prioritize workflow around delivery schedules and requested delivery times.
  • Track, follow up, and ensure timely resolution of all requests.
  • Collaborate with management to provide accurate customer responses.
  • Process orders, changes, and returns with precision.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of customer service experience (non-retail).

Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.

Proven problem-solving skills and situational awareness.

Proactive, adaptable, and able to pivot as priorities shift.

Strong written communication skills.
