Job description

First Heritage Mortgage Services offers seamless 1st mortgage solutions for credit unions and financial institutions. Our experienced mortgage professionals demonstrate exemplary service levels and operate under the credit union philosophy of "people helping people". We are hiring for an experienced Mortgage Originator (MLO)

This position provides professional interaction with a growing number of credit union members and mortgage partners. Providing high quality counseling, advisement and educational prospective for borrowers regarding mortgage programs, rates and documentation requirements by conducting in-depth telephone and occasional face to face interviews.

Candidates must possess a thorough understanding of FNMA, FHA and PHFA programs and guidelines, relationship marketing experience, well-developed communication skills and the ability to identify and cultivate existing and future business opportunities. Minimum 3 years of origination experience, NMLS Licensing necessary.
