Responsibilities: Meet with buyers Prequalify and convert borrowers Structure loans with care and precision Review income and credit Help clients become mortgage-ready Deliver an outstanding customer experience from application through closing Manage a large pipeline of loans and customers to ensure branch production meets goals Lead the loan origination team, providing guidance and support to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction Uphold superior customer service, working with customers to obtain necessary documents for the loan process Manage relationships with clients, real estate agents, and referral partners to foster business growth Collaborate with the Branch Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase loan volume Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for them Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered to Work closely with industry-related professionals to gather and prepare all necessary information to complete underwriting requirements Qualifications: โ€ข Can work in the local office in Mansfield, Texas โ€ข Minimum 3โ€“5 years of mortgage experience as a Loan Officer or a Loan Partner who has experience in qualifying clients โ€ข Active Texas NMLS license required โ€ข Proven experience and deep understanding of Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and non-conforming loan guidelines โ€ข Strong knowledge of mortgage documentation, processes, and systems โ€ข Ability to analyze tax returns, W-2s, and self-employment income โ€ข Tech-savvy with experience in loan software, CRM systems, and digital communication tools โ€ข Microsoft Office proficiency โ€ข Competency in basic math calculations for accurate loan analysis and documentation Compensation: $60,000 + bonus
