The Role:

This Mortgage Loan Processor will be responsible for the entire end-to-end mortgage loan process. They will gather and process all loan documentation and ensure compliance with policy, regulatory, and loan terms.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Review and process loan applications to make sure all details are accurate and complete.
  • Collect and verify borrower documentation (income, assets, credit, employment, title, appraisal, etc.).
  • Prep files for underwriting and follow up to clear any conditions.
  • Be the go-to person for borrowers during the process โ€” keeping them informed and confident every step of the way.
  • Partner with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and third parties to get loans to the finish line smoothly and on time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Previous experience with mortgage loan processing preferred
  • Knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, and USDA loans
