As the Mortgage Disclosure Desk Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to assist the mortgage team in maintaining compliance and processing important changes to mortgage files. Attention to detail is a must for this role! As Mortgage Disclosure Desk Specialist with Community First Credit Union, you will:
  • Review the loan application for accuracy and completeness
  • Assist in providing initial mortgage disclosures to our members
  • Review mortgage loan application changes, and determine what action is needed
  • Provide timely recommendations and service to our mortgage team
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of mortgage regulations

We are looking for a combination of:
  • A high school diploma and three to five years' experience in mortgage processing or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work under time restraints
