The Role.
Let's make moves! We are looking for a Processing Coordinator to join the Revolution and create a meaningful and collaborative lending experience for our customers. As a Processing Coordinator at Revolution Mortgage, you'll help support the loan processing team and act as the liaison between the customer, loan officer, processing specialist, and operations team. This role will require the ability to work in a team environment with a focus on customer experience and organization skills.
What you'll be doing.
  • Work together in a team environment to support the loan origination, processing, and operations team
  • Provide exceptional customer brand experience as the acting liaison between the customer and the Loan Officer
  • Provide support, efficiency, and administrative duties in the loan origination process
  • Collect, analyze, and review accuracy of supporting loan documents
  • Organize and communicate effectively on the status of loans in process
  • Assume other additional duties as assigned by the processing or origination team

What we are looking for
  • 2+ years of experience in mortgage or real estate industry
  • 2+ years working in customer service or relationship management preferred
  • Knowledge of mortgage industry
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work in a contributing team environment
