We are seeking an experienced and detail-driven Mortgage Processor to join our on-site team! This role is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of wholesale mortgage processing experience who is ready to take ownership of their pipeline and work closely with a team of loan officers and wholesale lenders.

As a Mortgage Processor, you will manage loan files from initial submission through final approval, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with lender guidelines. You’ll serve as a key point of contact between borrowers, lenders, and vendors, helping move loans efficiently through the process.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process a pipeline of wholesale mortgage loans from initial submission to CTC

Gather and review all required documentation for completeness and accuracy

Communicate with borrowers to request outstanding conditions and provide timely updates

Coordinate with third-party vendors including title companies, insurance agents, and appraisal companies

Submit and manage conditions through wholesale lender portals

Ensure all loans comply with investor and regulatory guidelines

Maintain detailed file notes and documentation in the loan origination system

Collaborate daily with loan officers, underwriters, and processors to ensure quick turn times and smooth closings

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of mortgage processing experience (wholesale experience required)

Strong understanding of wholesale loan guidelines and documentation requirements

Familiarity with major wholesale lenders such as:

United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM)

Equity Prime Mortgage

Plaza Home Mortgage

And other wholesale lenders

Strong communication and customer service skills

Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability

Ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in mortgage LOS systems

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience using Arive loan origination software

Knowledge of different lender portals and submission processes
