Monday - Saturday with a day off during the week for working Saturday. Branch hours are Monday, Thursday & Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Tuesday & Wednesday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., and Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Must be flexible to meet current and future business needs.

Pay and Pay Incentive:

Starting Pay: $114,000 Salary Range: $87,767 - $127,228

Purpose of Position:

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager who will be responsible for the overall leadership, financial performance, and operational excellence of a high volume Tier III branch. This position is accountable for engaging, developing and supporting team members to provide guidance and the right solutions to our customers which will build long-term mutually beneficial relationships and support the achievement of business results.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • B.A. or B.S. or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum 6 years sales leadership success in financial or comparable industry required
  • Demonstrated effective leadership in high potential market areas
  • Proven ability to develop, engage and motivate team
  • Strong communications skills a must with the ability to communicate and relate with individuals at all levels
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities
