What You’ll Do

Leadership & Team Development:
 - Supervise, coach, and develop branch staff
 - Support training, performance management, and career development
 - Foster a positive, team-oriented environment
 
 Customer Experience & Relationship Building:
 - Serve as the face of the branch, delivering outstanding service
 - Resolve complex customer issues and provide financial solutions
 - Build and deepen customer relationships
 
 Business Development & Growth:
 - Identify referral opportunities across banking, mortgage, and financial services
 - Participate in community outreach and networking
 
 Operations & Compliance:
 - Oversee daily branch operations in the absence of the Manager
