Responsibilities:
  • No two days are the same. You'll be out in the field, working independently or with a team to keep properties in top shape:
  • Performing minor maintenance and repairs (electrical, plumbing, asphalt patching, etc.)
  • Installing and servicing property signs
  • Conducting routine property inspections
  • Pressure washing
  • Welding (if qualified)
  • Safely operating a company vehicle and equipment
  • Using mobile apps and completing daily reports
  • Managing company tools and credit card with care

Requirements
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience preferred, but not required
  • Active driver license and clean driving record
  • Availability to work early/late and/or on weekends as necessary
  • Ability to work on ladders/roofs and near retention ponds
  • Ability to lift 100 lbs or more
  • Willingness to work outside in all kinds of weather and come in contact with trash
  • Typical hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 6:30 pm

This position is perfect with a range of backgrounds such as; General laborer, Handyman, Maintenance tech, Electrical, Plumbing, Asphalt, Concrete, Welding, Construction ex. experience is a plus.
