ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking a Quality Technician to join our growing team in Morrisville, NC. In this role you will play a key part in ensuring that our manufacturing processes and products meet high-quality standards. Your responsibilities will include conducting inspections, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross- functional teams to implement effective quality assurance protocols.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Perform incoming inspection, in-process inspection and end of line inspection.
  • Ensure Inspection areas follow processes and best practices associated with inspection work instructions, procedures, and tools.
  • Collaborate with Quality Engineering in the creation of inspection plans for incoming materials, parts, and assemblies from suppliers and monitor their compliance
  • Execute on the equipment calibration and material shelf-life verification programs
  • Support Material review board processes - Support internal and external audits on processes and procedures.
  • Review and propose continuous improvement projects for productivity gains, quality improvements, and benefits to Anduril's quality policy.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Full-time on site in Anduril's Morrisville, NC facility
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1-3 years of Composite Fabrication or aerospace equivalent experience.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally. Polished communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, and motivated to improve processes and increase quality.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Self-autonomy and strong work ethic.

US Hourly Range
$27-$48 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
