What we’re looking for:  
AmeriSave is currently hiring Post Closing Quality Control Analysts to join our winning team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of mortgage post closing or closing experience, excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude. 
This is a remote opportunity.  Remote work applicants may not work from the following states:  California. 
What You’ll Do:   
  • Responsible for auditing assigned files including but not limited to:
    • HMDA/HOPEA Regulations
    • TRID guidelines
    • QM TESTING (agency and state specific)
    • All required docs present and executed by all parties
    • Conditional review; Trust and POA
    • Product specific audits (HELOANS, HEOCS, JUMBO).
    • Review to determine escrow cushions were set up properly, the disbursement amount collected, and due dates are reflected correctly in IED
    • Homeowners Insurance: proper coverage, policy includes expiration/term dates, property address, HO6 or Condo Master Policy.
    • Mortgagee clause, Purchase loans ensure effective date is on or prior to our closing date, renewal policy if expires within 30 days of closing is present, proof of payment in file if due within 60 days of closing
    • Check TIL/APR fees to verify tolerance
    • Verify if loan requires MI, MI % factors are correct, cert information is correct.
  • Make corrections and follow-up on all errors or issues found during post-closing auditing until cleared.  Monitor pipeline to ensure all exceptions are cleared in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all trailing/corrected documents are uploaded to the file.  Track and report errors
  • Reconcile closing conditions have been met
  • Reconcile closing disclosure, amend if necessary
  • Responsible for following minimum standards
What You’ll Need:  
  • Minimum 2 years of current mortgage Post Closing ,Closing  or Investor Sales experience
  • Self-directed, motivated, results-driven and comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Possess excellent customer service skills
  • Must be detail oriented and demonstrate excellent decision making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High-speed internet required for remote work, Cable or Fiber ONLY with the ability to connect via Ethernet. Minimum speeds: 70/30 Mbps (basic), 200-300/35-70 Mbps (shared), 500-1,000/100+ Mbps (heavy use).

The annual salary for this position is approximately $65,000 based on experience and qualifications.
