Job description

Bader has been successfully managing rental communities in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul for more than 50 years and is one of the largest locally owned property management firms in Minnesota. Schedule: Monday - Sunday

  • 6 Hours Per Week (Schedule can be flexible)

Compensation: $18

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein. Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required by supervisory personnel.

Customer Service

•Responsible for courteous, efficient customer service conduct at all times.
•Handle resident issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining Bader’s standard of professionalism
•Delivers notices to residents as directed
•Responsible for reporting any unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the residents or the property.


Cleaning and Grounds

•Responsible for maintaining certain aspects of the physical appearance of the building and grounds as assigned by management. May include some building maintenance, working with cleaning and other vendors, and/or groundskeeping, etc.
•May be responsible for the preparation and/or touch ups of vacant units for occupancy.
•May be responsible for moving heavy equipment such as dumpsters, appliances, etc.
•Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.


Regulation & Safety

•Responsible to have a thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures and community policies and be willing to work within them.
•Responsible for operating within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times and comply with all industry Fair Housing rules.
•Complete assigned training as directed and attend staff meetings as required.
